We have worked with a number of town and parish councils, to help develop and improve their public green spaces, in several cases, newly acquired redundant land. We recognise that many such clients have limited full time staff and expertise in handling projects of this nature.  At New Leaf Studio we have built up skills and experience to help guide councils from early inception of projects, developing masterplans, detailed proposals and management plans. We can guide you through the processes of obtaining statutory permissions, procuring contractors and running works contracts. We can also assist with community consultation and engagement events.
