Preparation of submission for planning appeal and proofs of evidence at public inquiry. Appearance as expert witness.

Acting as a client's agent from inception to completion, preparation of briefs for other consultants, appointment and coordination of the team and monitoring works and costs to agreed budgets.

Study of existing sites to determine landscape character and define management objectives. Preparation of long-term management proposals to ensure that regular maintenance achieves long-term objectives. This may also include preparation of maintenance  specifications and regular ongoing reviews & inspections.

Preparation of contract documents, tender action, appointment of contractor and administration of maintenance contracts. Inspection of standards achieved and ongoing advice.
